Owen's 1st year of life. There is music if you have your sound on. He's around 26lbs, and I'm not sure how long- we go to the Dr. tomorrow. He's walking all over the place & babbling like a 1 year old, healthy as a horse. He is such a source of joy & love daily.

My heart will never be the same.

Thank you for following this blog for so long. This is the last post for this family blog. I might start a new blog soon.

Goodbye to a Companion

Today we said goodbye to a family member that I've had since I was 13 years old.

Tigger, you've been in my life through braces and boyfriends,

heartaches and holidays.

Slumber parties to driving

(I learned how to drive a stick in my Grandpa's truck & put Tigger in there with me when I learned, poor guy!)...

Then came college & I left you behind,

to marriage and moving.

Then came the babies & you took it in stride.

Such a good, loyal friend for nearly 17 years that

the term "pet" isn't enough.

You will forever be missed and loved.
